So you crazy bandwidth hungry lurkers – here is hopefully the final update to brick blog –
Sad I know but somewhat inevitable.
It’s frankly a little bit emotional, like an episode of Emmerdale….I might have to open another beer..or box of wine….

So, ok a final tour…..
And inside – the bathrooms are nearly finished – the bath is fitted and I’ve tested it…fortunately for everyone no pictures exist..

The new en-suite bathroom is just as good.
And now into the bedrooms…Charlie’s first
And here’s a room that’s not been featured before – it is now because the french doors are gone..the lounge.
So there we have it…most of the work is finished, both daughters are impressed and the wife is talking alot in some funny language about accessorising…. whatever that might be..as always I haven’t a clue.
I’m happy – the sun is shining, the work is pretty much in budget and the super Chels are having an indian summer – as Homer Simpson would say “It’s still good, it’s still good”
The best bits – the build quality, the huge bath, followed by the en-suite bathroom, the bad bits – toilet fitting issues, the cold and the dust..but overall very pleased – the builders we chose are top people….and the wife misses them loads…and she sends them *hugs*
